9/11 a day to remember. I was 12yo when I first saw the attack. At the time my undeveloped brain was a bit in shock and a bit like stuff like this happens all the time.. maybe because we had things like the Oklahoma City bombing not far before.

It didn’t take long to realize how big this was. How many people it was affecting in that moment. I don’t think anyone was thinking about how this would affect the world in such big ways for the rest of our lives. It spawned wars, changed air travel forever, continues to take the lives of this first responders.
