I have gone quite awhile without using [38;2;167;192;128mc[0m and instead using [38;2;167;192;128md[0m. The reason that I started using [38;2;167;192;128mc[0m is because it automatically places you into insert mode. This not only saves me one keystroke for commands such as [38;2;167;192;128mdiwi[0m is now [38;2;167;192;128mciw[0m, but it also works with the repeat [38;2;167;192;128m.[0m command!!! This is huge. When refactoring a document I had been creating a macro to change one word to another, using [38;2;167;192;128mc[0m instead of [38;2;167;192;128md[0m allows the use of the [38;2;167;192;128m.[0m rather than needing to create a macro.
